Punctial, friendly, fantastic value for money, cleans up after himself and knows exactly what we're talking about even if we don't. We missed a few things off the to-do list and he came back less than a week later to sort us out. Being newbies at DIY he even gave us a hand with skirting boards and helped rip out a door frame!
